Provided is a radiation irradiation amount distribution measurement device which is for a radiation therapy apparatus and that is capable of quickly identifying a detection surface of a scintillator, has high accuracy and reproducibility, and allows easy expansion of an application range. A radiation irradiation amount distribution measurement device (100) is configured to include: a scintillator module (12) that is detachably attached to a housing (10), and that emits fluorescence (F) when irradiated with radiation from a radiation therapy apparatus; and a camera (14) that is detachably attached to the housing (10), and that captures the fluorescence (F) from the scintillator module (12). In the scintillator module (12), both main surfaces of a scintillator (16) are sandwiched by transparent resin plates (18a, 18b) having a thickness of 1-10 cm, and markers for identifying a detection surface of the scintillator (16) are formed along the four corners of the transparent resin plate (18a) that is arranged closer to the camera (14).
