An electrode-sheet measuring system (100) and an electrode-sheet measurement method. The electrode-sheet measuring system (100) comprises a base (10), a first conveyor (20), a support assembly (30), a generator (50), and a detector (60), wherein the first conveyor (20) is used for conveying an electrode sheet (220a) in a first direction (L1); the support assembly (30) is connected to the generator (50) and the detector (60), and is used for driving the generator (50) and the detector (60) to approach or move away from the electrode sheet (220a) in a second direction (L2); and the generator (50) has a projection port (51), the size of the projection port (51) in the first direction (L1) being larger than the size thereof in the second direction (L2), and the first direction (L1), the second direction (L2) and a third direction (L3) intersecting pairwise. The electrode-sheet measurement system (100) has a measurement state, in which the support assembly (30) drives the generator (50) and the detector (60) to reciprocate relative to the electrode sheet (220a) in the second direction (L2), and the generator (50) and the detector (60) are located on opposite sides of the electrode sheet (220a) in the third direction (L3), wherein the generator (50) emits rays through the projection port (51), and the detector (60) detects rays emitted by the generator (50) and obtains a radiation intensity measurement value.
