    PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop pharmaceutical crystals suitable for formulation of a compound.SOLUTION: Polymorphic forms of a compound and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof are disclosed. A crystal form III of a compound A uses Cu-Kα radiation, and X-ray powder diffraction expressed at 2θ angles has characteristic peaks at 12.15±0.20°, 15.98±0.20°, 16.62±0.20°, 17.14±0.20°, 24.32±0.20°, and 26.08±0.20°. A crystal form VII of the compound A uses Cu-Kα radiation, and X-ray powder diffraction expressed at 2θ angles has characteristic peaks at 12.94±0.20°, 14.41±0.20°, 15.64±0.20°, 17.25±0.20°, 21.75±0.20°, and 24.23±0.20°. The polymorphic forms prepared by the present invention are good in stability, and can be stably stored under the conditions of high temperature and low relative humidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 28

    The present disclosure provides a thermomechanical actuator and a cleaning system implementing the thermomechanical actuator. The thermomechanical actuator includes a solar heat collector (SHC) housing shape memory alloy springs connected between a piston movably disposed therein and one end of the SHC. A cable extending from the piston through an opposite end of the SHC is connected to a bias load that develops returning force on the springs. In presence of solar radiation, the springs contract and cause linear movement of the piston in a direction of contraction and, in absence of the solar radiation, the springs expand and cause linear movement of the piston in direction of expansion. Useful power and work is extracted in form of the cleaning system from such linear movement of the piston.

    The present invention relates to a method and a system for manufacturing an electrically conductive layer having functionality, in particular electrical conductivity, which is as homogeneous as possible, specified, or locally different in a defined way. In the method, layer material is applied to a surface and is converted, by the action of preferably at least one energetic beam, into a preliminary electrically conductive layer having higher electrical conductivity. The preliminary electrically conductive layer is then scanned with at least one THz beam of continuous THz radiation, with spatial resolution. From a measurement of the reflectivity of the preliminary electrically conductive layer with respect to the THz beam, spatially resolved electrical conductivity of said layer is determined. If points in the preliminary electrically conductive layer which have too low or too high an electrical conductivity are detected, said points are then locally post-treated with the energetic beam in order to modify the electrical conductivity in order to obtain the electrically conductive layer having functionality which is as homogeneous as possible, specified, or locally different in a defined way. The method allows high-quality electrically conductive layers to be produced on an industrial scale.
