A power conversion system for converting thermal energy from a heat source to electricity. The system includes a chamber including a shroud having an inlet and an outlet and defining an internal passageway through which an environmental working fluid passes. The chamber includes a source heat exchanger disposed in the internal passageway. The source heat exchanger is configured to receive a heat transmitting element associated with the heat source which is external to the chamber, and to transfer heat energy from the heat transmitting element to the working fluid. The system also includes a compressor adjacent the inlet, an expander adjacent the outlet, and a generator. The compressor can suction the working fluid into the system from an external environment. The expander can convert thermal energy of the heated working fluid into rotative energy. The generator can convert the rotative energy into electricity.

A system and method to produce a hologram of a single plane of a three dimensional object includes an electromagnetic radiation assembly to elicit electromagnetic radiation from a single plane of said object, and an assembly to direct the elicited electromagnetic radiation toward a hologram-forming assembly. The hologram-forming assembly creates a hologram that is recorded by an image capture assembly and then further processed to create maximum resolution images free of an inherent holographic artifact.

The present invention relates to an operating data-based nuclear power sensor reliability assessment method and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: S10, acquiring operating data of a plurality of sensors used for measuring the same parameter; S20, on the basis of the operating data, calculating a measurement deviation value corresponding to each sensor; S30, extracting points at a preset time interval from amongst the measurement deviation values, so as to determine corresponding second data to be fitted y and a time sampling serial number x within an operating cycle, wherein x=0, 1, 2, 3,..., n; S40, on the basis of said second data y and the time sampling serial number x, determining a cumulative failure distribution model of each sensor; and S50, on the basis of the cumulative failure distribution model, obtaining a reliability model corresponding to each sensor. Implementing the present invention can realize assessment of performance degradations and reliability of sensors on the basis of historical operating data of nuclear power sensors.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide suitable systems and methods for fault detection in emission-guided radiotherapy.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for monitoring calibration of positron emission tomography (PET) systems. In some variations, the systems include an imaging assembly having a gantry comprising a plurality of positron emission detectors. A housing may be coupled to the gantry, and the housing may include a bore and a radiation source holder spaced away from a patient scan region within the bore. A processor may be configured to receive positron emission data from the positron emission detectors and to distinguish the positron emission data from the radiation source holder and from the patient scan region. A fault signal may be generated when the positron emission data from the radiation source holder exceeds one or more threshold parameters or criteria.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
