The fluorinated groups and unsaturated carbon-carbon bonds may or may not be located on the same ligand. Blends of precursors with different ligands provide added flexibility with respect to precursor design. Fluorinated organometallic compounds can be represented by the formula RUFSn(OR′)3, wherein RUF is an organo group with 1 to 31 carbon atoms with at least one C═C bond and at least one fluorine atom bonded to a carbon, with the organo group forming a C—Sn bond, wherein R′ is an organo group with 1 to 10 carbon atoms. Precursors are suitable for solution based deposition or vapor based deposition.

In some variations, the systems include an imaging assembly having a gantry comprising a plurality of positron emission detectors. A housing may be coupled to the gantry, and the housing may include a bore and a radiation source holder spaced away from a patient scan region within the bore. A processor may be configured to receive positron emission data from the positron emission detectors and to distinguish the positron emission data from the radiation source holder and from the patient scan region. A fault signal may be generated when the positron emission data from the radiation source holder exceeds one or more threshold parameters or criteria.

In some embodiments, a dose measurement system for measuring the liquid volume in a container includes a plurality of light sources which are disposed and configured to emit electromagnetic radiation toward the container. A plurality of sensors are located in the apparatus that are optically coupleable to the plurality of light sources and are disposed and configured to detect the electromagnetic radiation emitted by at least a portion of the light sources. The apparatus also includes a processing unit configured to receive data representing the portion of the detected electromagnetic radiation from each of the plurality of sensors. The processing unit is further operable to convert the received data into a signature representative of the electromagnetic radiation detected by the plurality of sensors.

    An implantable tissue isolation device capable of being repeatedly filled and drained in the body, which is generally used in the field of tumor radiotherapy. The implantable tissue isolation device comprises: an isolation balloon, which is used to isolate normal tissue from tissue receiving radiotherapy and comprises, after being filled, two contact surfaces, namely, a first contact surface that is in contact with the normal tissue to be isolated, and a second contact surface that is in contact with the tissue receiving radiotherapy, a distance between the first contact surface and the second contact surface being not less than a distance required for the radiation dose to drop to a tolerable range of the normal tissue; a filling connection structure, which is subcutaneously implanted and is connected to a filling structure outside the body to fill or drain the isolation balloon; and a flexible connection tube, which is connected to the isolation balloon and the filling connection structure. The isolation of a defined distance can be accurately achieved through arrangement of the two contact surfaces, and long-term carrying and repeated use of the isolation device can be achieved by means of the subcutaneously implanted filling connection structure, thereby ensuring that the entire isolation device can be repeatedly filled and drained in the body and can play an isolation role.

    A change of state of weed seeds to having reduced germination viability in under one minute by illuminating a seed with at least one of 2 J/cm2 cumulative illumination energy, and 0.2 W/cm2 irradiance, but no more than 7 W/cm2 average irradiance, of at least one of an Indigo Region Illumination Distribution (IRID), and infrared radiation that is substantially Medium Wavelength Infrared (MWIR) radiation, preferably 2-8 microns. The MWIR radiation from heated borosilicate glass or glass powder at just under 500 C offered a peak MWIR emission of 3.75 microns was unexpectedly effective, and can be used in a radiant and transmissive weed seed accumulator transport belt. The process can be incorporated into a harvester combine to convert a tailings flow prior to discharge on an agricultural field. An illuminated harvest combine using an illuminator according to the invention allows reduction of the weed seed bank.
