    본 발명은 원자로와 증기발생기 및 이들 사이를 연결하는 고온관 등의 배관에 설치되는 시료채취 노즐(ampling Nozzle)과 RTD 노즐(Resistance Temperature Detector) 등의 노즐을 정비하기 위하여 노즐을 가공하고 절단하기 위한 원자력발전소의 노즐 정비용 가공장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 용접모재(10)에 설치된 노즐 정비를 위하여 해당 노즐을 가공하여 제거하기 위한 원자력발전소의 노즐 정비용 가공장치에 있어서, 상기 용접모재(10)에 부착수단(150)으로 부착되고, 툴고정부(110)가 일측에 회전가능하게 결합되며 승하강수단(125)에 의해 상하 이동되는 이동블럭(120)이 구비되며, 상기 툴고정부(110)를 회전시키는 회전수단(130)이 구비된 가공장치 몸체(100); 상기 툴고정부(110)에 끼워져 고정되고 상기 노즐(11)의 내측면을 1차 가공하도록 노즐(11)의 직경보다 작은 직경을 갖도록 형성된 가공툴(200); 상기 가공툴(200)에 의해 1차 가공된 노즐(11)의 내측 공간으로 끼워지도록 구비되고 회전을 통하여 노즐(11)의 내측에서부터 절단하는 절단툴(300);로 이루어지고, 상기 툴고정부(110)는 내부에 콜릿(115)이 구비된 콜릿척(111)과 콜릿너트(116)로 구성되고, 상기 콜릿척(111)에는 상기 가공툴(200)이 하측은 물론 상측을 통해서도 끼워져 고정되도록 상부가 관통되어 상기 콜릿(115)과 소통되게 상부끼움홀(112)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The hardware processor enables imaging in the second power consumption mode in response to the radiation image imaging apparatus being in contact with a heat suppressor and prohibits the imaging in the second power consumption mode or stops driving of the readout circuit in the second power consumption mode after end of the imaging in the second power consumption mode in response to the radiation image imaging apparatus being not in contact with the heat suppressor.

    A three-dimensional printing method can include iteratively applying polymer build material as individual layers; based on a three-dimensional object model, selectively jetting an electromagnetic radiation absorber and a translucency-modulating plasticizer onto individual layers of the polymer build material; and exposing the powder bed to electromagnetic energy to selectively fuse portions of individual layers of the polymer build material together to form a three-dimensional object. The polymer build material can include from about 60 wt % to 100 wt % polymeric particles having an average particle size from about 10 μm to about 150 μm and a degree of crystallinity from about 2% to about 60%, to a powder bed. At the locations where the polymer build material includes jetted translucency-modulating plasticizer, the three-dimensional object can exhibit an optical transmittance from about 5% to about 80%.

    The present disclosure provides methods, assays, kits, and uses thereof for screening candidate therapeutics for their tendency to induce phagocytosis in a cell. In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a method of assaying a candidate compound for its tendency to induce phagocytosis in a cell, the method comprising: contacting the cells with the candidate compound; contacting the cells with a target ligand bound to a fluorescent phagocytosis vesicle reporter having a fluorophore emission wavelength; nuclear staining the cells with a DNA-specific fluorescent stain; and measuring the fluorescence amplitude of the fluorescent phagocytosis vesicle reporter. In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a cell-health assay for testing compounds for their potential for treating neurodegenerative disorders.

    A UV LED reactor includes a housing having an inlet, an outlet and a reactor chamber; a UV LED module mounted to the housing configured to emit UV radiation into the reactor chamber having a selected wavelength range and with a selected energy (E); and a heatsink on the UV LED module configured to dissipate heat generated by the UV LED module. The heatsink on the UV LED module includes one or more surfaces in thermal communication or physical contact with the fluid, which improves the efficiency of heat transfer from the heatsink to the fluid and eliminates the need for cooling fans. The UV LED reactor can also include a UV transparent inner tube mounted to the inlet for generating a double UV exposure flow path through the reactor chamber. The UV LED reactor can also include a UV reflective coating on the sidewalls of the housing, or on a separate tube or sleeve mounted to the housing, configured to reflect UV radiation onto the fluid in the reactor chamber.
