□ 연구개요 - The impacts of the mass uncertainty on the nuclear structure, decay properties, estimated cross sections, and astrophysical calculations were investigated. - Preparations including beamtime proposals, letters of intent, and computer code for measurements of exotic isotopes have been conducted. - Based on this project, graduates students can enhance the knowledges in nuclear astrophysics and skills to prepare experiments. - The results in this project were published in 11 SCIE papers and report in several conferences. □ 연구 목표대비 연구결과 - The half-lives of isotopes have been examined to identify the feasibility of the mass measurements. The sensitivity of the half-lives and cross sections to the nuclear mass of superheavy nuclei have been studied. The results were published in 4 papers [1,2,3,4]. - The studies on the nuclear level density of heavy nuclei related the s-process were experimentally and theoretically performed and reported in 2 papers [5,6]. - The sensitivities of the astrophysical reaction rates to the nuclear mass were studied and reported in 2 papers [7, 8]. - The sensitivities of the beta-decay rates of heavy nuclei, conditions of r-process waiting points, and r-process abundance were investigated. The results were published in 2 papers [9, 10] - A computer code for pre-estimating mass measurements was programmed and report in 1 paper [11]. - The mass measurement for the 65As nuclei was prepared by considering the production yields, mass resolving power, and precision level. The results are in the preparation for submitting to an SCI journal. - Two letters of intent have been submitted to TITAN and RAON facitlities. □ 연구개발성과의 활용 계획 및 기대효과(연구개발결과의 중요성) - The results, which were reported in 11 SCI papers, provide useful information not only for nuclear astrophysical understanding but also for precise mass measurements at RI beam facilities. - The computer code is helpful for estimating the feasibility of the precise mass measurements at MR-TOF mass-spectrometer laboratories.
