2. To encourage sustainability of nuclear technology capacities in RCA Government Parties
3. To coordinate cooperative research in nuclear science and technology
4. To promote the benefits of nuclear technologies and identify funding mechanisms
5. To develop regional networks for exchange of technologies, training and equipment
