Improving Patient Care and Enhancing Government Parties Capacity in Nuclear Medicine Programmes in RCA Region (RAS6083)
Objectives
The overall objective is improving patient care by enhancing the awareness of nuclear medicine procedures through expert networking in RCA region to improve human health especially in non-communicable diseases. This project is applying an expert networking system using the hub-and-spoke model to the education and training of nuclear medicine in the Region. The hub indicates RCARO as an expert networking centre for sharing knowledge and experience while the spoke indicates nuclear medicine facilities in RCA Government Parties, especially in the developing countries. This expert networking program can enhance awareness of nuclear medicine procedures by educating Nuclear Medicine professionals in both nuclear medicine as well as non-nuclear medicine fields.
