(17 Nov. 04) Recently, Mr. Yong Hwan Kim was appointed as the Director General of Atomic Energy Bureau of Korean Ministry of Science and Technology. Mr. Kim has served as the scientific attached to the Korean mission in Vienna during 2000-03. With this appointment, he resumed member of RCARO Director Selection Committee on behalf of host country of RCARO, substituting Mr. Chung-Won Cho, the ex-Director General of AEB, MOST. He is also responsible for RCARO Steering Committee as the Chair that undertakes overview on RCARO operational matters from the host country side.
