(26 Sep. 05) Ms. Le Thi Phu Van, Dalat Nuclear Research Institute, Vietnam Atomic Energy Commission was recognized by the Director of RCARO by presenting a certificate for a three-month assignment completion at RCARO beginning from 1 July 2005.
