(2 Nov. 06) Ms Kanchalika Dechates, a staff of the International Co-operation Group, Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), Thailand, joined RCARO as an invited fellow beginning from 2 November 2006 for 3 months period. Ms Dechates will mainly be assigned for studying status of radiation applications in the RCA Member States and developing RCA success stories.
