(23 Nov. 06) Ms Kanchalika Dechates, a short-term staff of RCARO from OAP (Office of Atoms for Peace) of Thailand, made a presentation on 24 November 2006 for RCARO staff members. She introduced OAP and the newly organized TINT (Thailand Institute of Nuclear Technology).
