Mr Ki-Soo Yum, Administration Officer of RCARO, returned to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of ROK after three years of his dedicated service related to the RCARO. The Director of RCARO and his other staff expressed appreciation for his contribution. His successor is expected to be appointed in May.
