Dear National RCA Representatives,

It is my pleasure to invite RCA Member States of the RCA-UNDP project on promoting and accelerating nuclear SPECT/PET imaging technologies to participate in the Annual Review Meeting to be held on 8-9 November 2012 in Cebu, the Philippines. Please find the attached Provisional Prospectus, Programme and Participant Form for your reference.

As stated in the Prospectus, the Annual Review Meeting aims to review and evaluate the outcomes of the project in 2012 and set wok plan for the final project year, 2013. Annual Report and 2013 work plan shall be presented by National Project Coordinators (NPCs) at the meeting to share the progress and achievements in 2012 and discuss work plan for 2013 at national level.

This is to request nominations for participants of the Annual Review Meeting in consultation with the NPCs from each participating Member State. In this context, I would encourage you to send us dully completed Participant Form no later than 28 September 2012.

We would like to kindly ask for participation of the NPCs to the Annual Review Meeting for which RCARO will provide necessary fund, including round-trip airfare and DSA on UNDP basis. Some other participants who could be invited for special roles will be arranged separately based on applicable stipulation. Please do not hesitate to contact the secretariat for any further information on the Meeting.
