Ms Song Leakhena, Deputy Chief of Bureau of Department of Science and Technology, General Directorate of Policy and Strategy (GDPS),  Ministry of Environment of Cambodia, has completed her fellowship at the RCA Regional Office as a temporary staff from 1 November to 29 December 2022.
