(23 Mar. 07) The 29th RCA NRM appreciated Mr Manoon Aramrattana, former RCA NR of THA and the Representative of IAEA/RCA/UNDP office in Jakarta, for his contribution to RCA by presenting a certificate singed by all RCA NRs. Mr Chouvana Rodthongkom, current RCA NR of THA received the certificate on behalf of Mr Manoon Aramrattana.
