2013 RCARO Workshop on Strengthening the RCA/RCARO Activities and its Efficiency was held on 7-9 Aug. 2013 in Seoul, Korea. RCARO organised the Workshop with aims to address the following topics:

1) To discuss on how to improvement of information exchange and communication 

    in  RCA

2) To discuss on how to establish the ICT infrastructure to enhance the RCA

    networking amongst the Member States

3) To exchange views on the revision on the RCA Agreement*

   * Reflecting concern over the process by the 35th NRM decision, the workshop   

      was utilised just to exchange views on its revision.

4) To hear the views and ideas on the future role of the RCARO, celebrating its 10th

    anniversary

Participants also visited the RCARO office that was relocated in May 2013.
