The 6th Meeting of the Special Task Force (STF) on the preparation of the 50th Anniversary of the RCA was held virtually on 9 August 2022. The Meeting was attended by the members of the STF, comprising representatives from Thailand, China, Korea, Viet Nam, the IAEA and RCA Regional Office (RCARO), and the Chair of the RCA Programme Advisory Committee (PAC) as an observer.

During the Meeting, the agenda and work plan of the RCA Ministerial Level Meeting, to be held on 26 September 2022, were reviewed and adjusted. A detailed work plan on the special exhibition and its opening event were presented. In addition, it was reported that the production of the anniversary video had been completed to be played at the event. Progress on other promotional activities was also presented and reviewed.

Taking into consideration necessary subjects that need further discussion, the Meeting agreed to convene again at the end of August 2022.
