IAEA/RCA Project Planning Meeting on Sustainability of Regional Radiation Protection Infrastructure (RAS/9/042) was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka in cooperation with the Atomic Energy Authority with participation of Australia, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Thailand and Vietnam from 7 - 11 May 2007. Dr. David Woods, Australia, participated as the Lead Country Coordinator.

The meeting was inaugurated by Dr. W. Abeyewickreme, Chairman of the Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Authority. Dr. M.P. Dias (RCA Focal Person), Dr. Sujit Dey (Technical Advisor), and Dr. Geetha Sandagopan (Technical Advisor) represented the IAEA.
