Representatives of 17 RCA Member States will meet on 25 September 2008 at the IAEA Headquarters in Vienna to approve the RCA projects for the next budget cycle (2009-2011) and to discuss other issues regarding the sustainable development of RCA, including among others the TCDC (Technical Cooperation among Development Countries). The RCA GCM this year marks the 37th of its series that has been held annually since 1972.

The RCA Regional Office (RCARO) will be represented in the RCA GCM with matters on implementation of 2008 work plan, as to be reported from the RCARO Standing Advisory Committee to be held the previous day.
