The 31th RCA National Representative Meeting is to be held for 20-24 April 2009 in Tokyo, Japan, for which a preliminary agenda is being circulated for review of 2008 Performance and 2009 Work Plan. The key agenda include among others the review and extension of RCA Medium Term Strategy, Development of Regional Profile, Review of RCA Programme in 2008 and Implementation Plan for 2009, RCARO matters, cooperation with FNCA, etc. The last day is foreseen for a visit to the facilities at National Institute of Radiological Sciences located in suburb of Tokyo, Chiba.

Prior to the 31th NRM, on the 20th of April, the 8th SAC (Standing Advisory Committee) Meeting of RCARO is to be held for review of 2008 Performance and 2009 Work Plan of the RCARO. The 31th NRM and 8th SAC meeting are to be chaired by the NR of Japan who becomes the new Chair of the RCA Committee and the SAC of the RCARO, together with the immediate past RCA Chair (VIE) and the immediate next RCA Chair (PHI).
