The 38th RCA General Conference Meeting (GCM) was held on 11 Sept. 2009 in Vienna. The GCM was preceded by the 9th RCA Standing Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting held on the previous day to discuss RCARO matters which was subsequently reported at the GCM. The GCM, chaired by Dr. Arai (JPN) discussed and made decisions on RCA issues with a focus on the extension of Medium Term Strategy and the RCARO matters from the 9th SAC. The next National Representative Meeting (32nd NRM) was decided to be held in Manila in April 2010 hosted by Philippines.
