The 32nd RCA National Representative Meeting was held on 27 - 30 April 2010 in Manila. The NRM was preceded by the 10th RCA Standing Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting held on the previous day to discuss RCARO matters which was subsequently reported at the NRM.

The NRM, chaired by Dr. Alumanda dela Rosa (PHI) covered a variety of items including among others the appointment of RCA Chair, external audit of the RCA programme, adoption of revised RCA Guidelines and Operating Rules, review of the progress of the RCA Programme in 2009, priorities for the RCA Programme in 2012/2013, collaboration between RCA and FNCA, and so on.

The next National Representative Meeting (33rd NRM) was decided to be held in Bali on 25- 29 April 2011 hosted by Indonesia.
