In accordance with the plan of activities of the RCA Programme in 2010, IAEA/RCA Training Course on Advanced Techniques for Isotope and Related Applications in Water Resources Management is to be held on 9-13 August 2010, Mumbai, India. The purpose of the Training Course on Advanced Techniques for Isotope and Related Applications in Water Resources Management is to improve understanding of isotope techniques with special emphasis on modern dating tools to investigate hydrological systems as well as to disseminate knowledge on use of advanced isotopic and geochemical techniques for identification of sources and processes of groundwater contamination. National RCA Representatives need to inform of suitable candidates for this event, not later than 7th of June 2010, with the completed and endorsed nomination form. More details and requirements for participation are given in the attached sheet. |
