Dr. Ron Hutchings has retired from the position of the National RCA Representative of Australia and Acting Executive General Manager of the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organization as of 31th December 2011.

He has expressed his belief that the RCA has made significant contribution to effectiveness of the IAEA Technical Cooperation programme in the region.

It was informed that Mr. Steven McIntosh will step in as acting

National RCA Representative until the successor is named.
