As decided at the 33^rd NRM, and informed by our letter dated 15 July 2011, the 40^th RCA General Conference Meeting will be held on Friday, 16 September 2011 at the IAEA Headquarters in Vienna (Meeting Room M4).  As per past practice,  the following Preparatory Meetings will be held on Thursday, 15 September, and I will be most grateful for your confirmation of participation.
