Preliminary Survey on RCA/KOICA Expert Mission Program

The RCA Regional Office in cooperation with Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is developing a new initiative to contribute to the RCA Member States by supporting expert services. To this effect, the RCARO requested the kind cooperation of the National Representatives of the Member States in conducting a preliminary survey on what areas their country wants to have the expert mission. The new initiative when fixed is supposed to be implemented the next year (2004). Proposed duration for the mission would be 1-3 month(s). Travel and accommodation cost for the expert(s) will be borne by KOICA.
The following questionnaires were requested response to explore the needs of the RCA Member States and to further develop the program in due time. It is hoped this new initiative when applicable would contribute greatly to the enhancement of the RCA endeavors.
