Dear National RCA Representatives,

It is our great pleasure to inform you the KOICA Training Course on Medical Applications and Utilization of Cyclotrons and RIs (Nuclear Medicine Internship Training Programme of RCARO) is ready for application from the Member States. It is our wish that you could kindly encourage local nuclear medicine physicians in your country to participate in the course. KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) has already distributed the ‘International Training Programs 2004’ including the above-mentioned training course.
The Course will begin in 14 October 2004 for 3 weeks. In selecting the participants, priority will be given to the medical doctors with at least 3 years experience in nuclear medicine. Please, kindly find details for general information of the course in the attached file. The application deadline is 14 August, two months prior to the course starting date.
As previously informed at the last National RCA Representatives meeting, since the course is financially supported by KOICA, it is required that application should be made directly to the KOICA overseas offices stationed in the Member States. A list of the KOICA overseas offices in the Member States is also attached. If the KOICA overseas office is not located in the Member State, the Korean diplomatic mission in the respective Member State will assist the application. When contacting the KOICA overseas office, please refer to the training course as 'Medical Applications and Utilization of Cyclotrons and RIs.'

We thank you very much for your kind support and interest in this matter in advance.

Sincerely yours,

Kim, Jin-Kyoung
Director
