The IAEA/RCA Regional Training Course on “Interventional Nuclear Medicine for Nuclear Medicine Physicians” will be held in New Delhi, India in 10-14 November 2003.
The training course is organized to train nuclear medicine physicians in interventional nuclear medicine in the fields of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine, with specific emphasis on the treatment of liver cancer and painful joint diseases. Other areas like nuclear cardiology, oncology, nephrourology, neurology, gastroenterology and endocrinology will also be covered. The lecturers include several physicians and surgeons who have extensive experience in nuclear medicine with international standing. Coverage will also include overview of the radiopharmaceuticals and instrumentation/computer methodology.
