Fourth Annual Workshop on Greenhouse Gas Emission Trading will be held on 4-5 October 2004 at IEA (International Energy Agency) in Paris. The Workshop is jointly organized between IEA, IETA, and EPRI. This year's Workshop is expected to provide an opportunity for government, industry, brokers, finance, and NGO delegates to discuss some of the key issues relating to market developments.

The Workshop will cover such subject as; national developments on emissions trading, linking domestic emissions trading schemes, linking emission trading schemes and project-based mechanisms, linking trading schemes dealing with non-Parties, managing policy risk in a carbon constrained world, emissions trading and competitiveness risks, and market risks currently emerging. Participation in this Workshop is invitation only.
