Dr M Prinath Dias, the IAEA/RCA Coordinator visited RCARO on 3 November 2004 for exchanging views on mutual interests as well as reassuring cooperation and coordination between IAEA/RCA Office and RCARO. The IAEA/RCA Coordinator visited Korea to participate in a RCA progress review meeting on regional mutants multi-location trials that was held in 29 Oct.-3 Nov. 2004 at Rural Development Administration (RDA) in Suwon.

Dr Prinath Dias also paid a call on Dr In-Soon Chang, President of KAERI before meeting with RCARO staff. The IAEA/RCA Coordinator expressed appreciation to KAERI for supporting RCARO administratively in the operation and management. In turn, Dr Chang assured KAERI's contribution to RCA programme. Dr Prinath Dias then met with RCA national project coordinators of Korea and briefed them about RCA's new challenges.
