The 48th Meeting of the National RCA Representatives (NRM) took place from 19 to 22 May 2026 in Mumbai, India. Chaired by India, the host country, the Meeting was attended by 17 Government Parties (GPs) and representatives from the IAEA, RCARO and other international organisations.

The Meeting reviewed the progress of the RCA Programme made in 2025 as well as the development status of projects for 2028-2029 cycle, and discussed renewing the RCA Programme Framework for 2030-2035 in order to reflect the technical developments and the changing needs of the GPs. Other matters relating to RCARO activities, holding a side event at the 70th IAEA General Conference, and collaboration with other international organisations were also considered at the Meeting.

The next RCA policy meeting, the 55th RCA General Conference Meeting (GCM), will be held on 11 September 2026 in Vienna, Austria.
