Asian Radiation Dosimetry Group (ARADOS) Annual Meeting

The Regional Expert Technical Workshop was held from 28 to 31 October 2025 at the Dongnam Institute of Radiological & Medical Sciences (DIRAMS) in Busan, Republic of Korea, in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Asian Radiation Dosimetry Group (ARADOS).
The RCA Regional Office supported four participants from RCA to attend this workshop, which aims to strengthen regional capabilities in radiation dosimetry and emergency response. The event will provide a platform for sharing the latest developments, exchanging best practices, and promoting collaboration among RCARO, ASEANTOM, ARADOS, and leading institutes across Asia.
During the Opening Ceremony, Director Dae Ki Kim of the RCA Regional Office delivered his congratulatory remarks, highlighting the importance of advancing practical knowledge and fostering cooperation among participating experts.
Throughout the workshop, participants will be engaged in specialized sessions and lectures presented by ARADOS experts, covering theoretical foundations and advanced applications in dosimetry. They will also have the opportunity to present their respective countries’ current status and progress in radiation dosimetry, enhancing mutual learning and professional exchange among the regional participants.
