(9 Oct. 04) In order to have advice on the radiation application policy of the RCA Member States, RCARO invited Dr Carlito Aleta, former Director of the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI) as a consultant during 9-15 October 2004. Dr Aleta was the previous RCA Coordinator of IAEA. RCARO has been surveying and compiling status of radiation application in the RCA Member States for future use to explain RCA potentials in that area to other development organizations.
