(27 Oct. 04) Mr. Mark D Hibbs, Editor for Asia and Europe of the 'Nucleonics Week' visited RCARO on 27 Oct 2004. He was briefed on RCARO activities and exchanged views on increasing RCA visibility. He indicated that the 'Nucleonics Week' would be a partner of this endeavor.
