(25 Arp. 05) RCARO announced invitation of 1 or 2 temp staff from the Member States for work at RCARO for the period of 4 months or so, as done in the previous year. Application should be made through the National RCA Representative of the respective Member States in due time, preferably within May 2005. RCARO believes that the staff attachment from the Member States to RCARO will firmly demonstrate Member States' contribution and support for RCARO that was basically established by the Member States for the benefits of the RCA.
