(06 Dec. 05) RCARO reconfirmed RCA's participation in PEMSEA (Partnership in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia) which will be held in 14-16 December 2006 at Haikou City, Hainam Province, China. In this regard, RCARO met with Dr Chua Thia-Eng, Head, PEMSEA 2006 Congress Secretariat. Dr Fauzi Mantoura, Director, IAEA Marine Environment Lab. in Monaco and Dr Elvira Sombrito of PNRI joined in the meeting.
