(13 Mar. 06) At the opening of the RCA event on field trial for radiation emergency response in the morning of 13 March 2006 at KAERI's INTEC, Mr Kun-Mo Choi, Director, RCARO, warmly welcomed the participants from the RCA Member States and from IAEA and wished a success in building the capacity for radiation protection in the Member States.
