(14 Sep. 06) The 3rd RCARO Standing Advisory Committee (SAC) was held on 14 September 2006 at IAEA Headquarters in Vienna in conjunction with the 35th RCA General Conference Meeting (GCM). The SAC comprises 5 members, i.e., THA (current RCA Chair), MAL (immediate past RCA Chair), AUL (immediate next RCA Chair), ROK (host country of RCARO), and RCA Focal Person on behalf of IAEA. RCARO served as secretariat.

The SAC meeting reiterated the need of publishing RCA success stories for increasing awareness of RCA and for demonstrating RCA potential to the target audiences. The meeting encouraged RCARO for making valuable effort to promote RCA partnerships and highly recognized concluding a new RCA project with UNDP.
