(18 Aug. 06) Dr. Jae Ryoung OH, the newly appointed Section Head of the Marine Environmental Studies Lab of IAEA's MEL (Marine Environmental Laboratory in Monaco) visited RCARO on 18 August 2006 before he begins his position at MEL. Mr. Kun-Mo Choi, Dir. RCARO and Dr J R Oh exchanged views on the implementation of RCA-UNDP Post-Tsunami Environment Impact Assessment Project. Dr. J R Oh has been Head, Marine Environmental Risk Assessment Research Division, Korea Ocean Research & Development Institute (KORDI). He will assume his role from early November this year.
