(17 Mar. 07) Mr Kun-Mo Choi, Director of RCARO, presented a certificate of appreciation to Mr Efren J. Sta Maria, an invited fellow from the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI) by recognizing his contribution to RCARO on the RCA partnership promotion activities, especially on his assistance to the RCA-UNDP Environment Project during the past 6 months.
