(4 August 2008) In order to enhance awareness of the RCA, RCARO Director Mr Kun Mo Choi, visited Mongolia Nuclear Energy Commission (NEC), National University of Mongolia (NUM) and Nuclear Research Center from July 30 to August 2. During his visits to the NEC, he met with Vice Chairman Dr S. Enkhbat and Secretary General Prof T. Damdinsuren, and discussed ways for strengthening cooperation with the RCARO. 

Director Choi also visited the NUM and discussed with President Dr Gantsog on the RCARO’s human resources development programme such as RCA/KAIST Master Course Scholarship Program and RCA Post-Doc Fellowship Program. After a visit to the NUM, he had a guided tour accompanied by Prof Davva and Dr Lodoysamba to the laboratories at the Nuclear Research Center which is located on the outskirts of Ulaanbaatar City.
