Mr. Tran Manh Cuong, Deputy Director of the Division of Legislation and Information in the Vietnam Agency for Radiation and Nuclear Safety has successfully completed his participation to the RCARO Fellowship Programme from 16 July to 10 October 2013. He has contributed to the maintenance of the RCA website and implementation of RCA/UNDP partnership projects. He has return to the VARANS in Vietnam.
