Mr Oscar Acuna, Head of Asia and the Pacific Section, Division for Asia and the Pacific, Department of Technical Cooperation of IAEA visited the RCA Regional Office. Mr Oscar Acuna had fruitful discussion with the RCARO to develop bilateral cooperation between the IAEA and the RCARO.
