    본 발명은 원자로와 증기발생기 및 이들 사이를 연결하는 고온관 등의 배관에 설치되는 시료채취 노즐(ampling Nozzle)과 RTD 노즐(Resistance Temperature Detector) 등의 노즐을 정비하기 위하여 노즐을 가공하고 절단하기 위한 원자력발전소의 노즐 정비용 가공장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 용접모재(10)에 설치된 노즐 정비를 위하여 해당 노즐을 가공하여 제거하기 위한 원자력발전소의 노즐 정비용 가공장치에 있어서, 상기 용접모재(10)에 부착수단(150)으로 부착되고, 툴고정부(110)가 일측에 회전가능하게 결합되며 승하강수단(125)에 의해 상하 이동되는 이동블럭(120)이 구비되며, 상기 툴고정부(110)를 회전시키는 회전수단(130)이 구비된 가공장치 몸체(100); 상기 툴고정부(110)에 끼워져 고정되고 상기 노즐(11)의 내측면을 1차 가공하도록 노즐(11)의 직경보다 작은 직경을 갖도록 형성된 가공툴(200); 상기 가공툴(200)에 의해 1차 가공된 노즐(11)의 내측 공간으로 끼워지도록 구비되고 회전을 통하여 노즐(11)의 내측에서부터 절단하는 절단툴(300);로 이루어지고, 상기 툴고정부(110)는 내부에 콜릿(115)이 구비된 콜릿척(111)과 콜릿너트(116)로 구성되고, 상기 콜릿척(111)에는 상기 가공툴(200)이 하측은 물론 상측을 통해서도 끼워져 고정되도록 상부가 관통되어 상기 콜릿(115)과 소통되게 상부끼움홀(112)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

At least one hydrogen-catalytic layer (45) for dissociation of molecular hydrogen is applied to the aluminium layer (43). The invention also relates to an optical device for the VUV wavelength range, comprising: an interior, in which at least one optical element is arranged, and at least one gas inlet for feeding a gas into the interior. The optical element (4) is designed as described above and the gas inlet serves to feed hydrogen into the interior.     Method for acquiring images of a sample by optical coherence tomography comprising the following steps: - acquiring a first interferometric optical signal from a first interferometer optically coupled to a coherent electromagnetic radiation source and a second interferometric optical signal from a second interferometer optically coupled to said source, wherein said first interferometer comprises a pair of interferometric arms optically coupled to each other and configured to receive a radiation coming from said source, wherein an interferometric arm of said first interferometer includes said sample arranged to be illuminated by a radiation coming from said source, wherein said second interferometer comprises a pair of interferometric arms optically coupled to each other and configured to receive a radiation coming from said source; - converting said first interferometric optical signal into a first detection signal and converting said second interferometric optical signal into a second detection signal; - sampling said first and second detection signals; - processing the sampling data of the electrical detection signals to obtain data indicative of a reflectivity profile of the sample along an axis of incidence of the radiation on the sample. In a further aspect thereof, the present invention relates to an apparatus for acquiring images of a sample by optical coherence tomography.

A controller (8) is provided which actuates the conveyor device (6) and optionally the radiation source (5) as well and which irradiates an instrument (1) located in the decontamination chamber (4) over a specified duration for decontamination purposes and then conveys same into the collecting chamber (7).
