    The present invention provides the intelligent anesthetization system for transperineal prostate puncturing based on multimodal medical images. This system transforms images in the preoperative nuclear magnetic imaging coordinate system as well as the target area of anesthetization into real-time electromagnetic emitter coordinate system through multimodal medical image registration, thereby realizing the comprehensive integration of the target area of anesthetization and ultrasonic image in nuclear magnetic resonance image which can be used for medical teaching or surgical guidance and can help to achieve precise positioning of anesthetized area for transperineal prostate biopsy.

    The cryopreservation of cells from human tissue has challenges from both logistical timing as well as maintenance of cell viability. Therefore, needed are methods to increase cell viability in cellular tissue implants that allow for greater flexibility in timing for processing the implant. Therefore, disclosed herein is a method for increasing viability of cells within a frozen cellular implant, that involves soaking the cellular implant in a first cryoprotectant solution for at least 1 minute, soaking the cellular implant in a second cryoprotectant solution for at least 1 minute, and freezing the cellular implant. Also disclosed is a method for sterilizing a cellular implant comprised of collagen while maintaining cell viability that involves providing a cellular implant, adding a cryoprotectant to the cellular implant, freezing and maintaining a frozen temperature, and irradiating the cellular implant with radiation.

Testing of the leak tightness is conducted by means of a simulation experiment device, and the longitudinal bypass flow and transverse leakage flow of a helium coolant are blocked, thereby reducing the effect of structural bypass flow on the flow distribution of the helium coolant within a pebble bed, ensuring an effective flow rate of the coolant flowing through the pebble bed, and thus optimizing the temperature distribution within the pebble bed and the maximum temperature of fuel, thereby providing support for the design and justification of the reactor structure of the high-temperature gas cooled reactor, further improving the safety and reliability of the pebble bed high-temperature gas cooled reactor.

An insertion phase difference, IPD, is calculated as IPD=ϕBS−ϕI, where ϕBS is a phase of the at least one backscattered beam of light, and where ϕI, is a phase of the at least one pulsed incident beam of light. It is then determined if the patient has a brain abnormality based on the calculated insertion loss and the insertion phase difference.
