    Disclosed herein is a system and method for detecting electromagnetic radiation data with increased signal to noise ratio by use of a symmetrical coded aperture. The system includes a symmetrical coded aperture for spatially encoding electromagnetic signal source origins. Detectors record modulated electromagnetic signal, with symmetrical aperture data projections combined to increase signal to noise ratio prior to reconstructing spatially resolved estimates of electromagnetic signal origins for providing useful information about the signal origins or mediums and objects that the signal propagated through.

The measurement method comprises: a step for irradiating the quantum sensor element 1 with, as a first reference wave, an electromagnetic wave for operating an electron spin state of the quantum sensor element 1 in a first pulse sequence, and measuring a first magnetic resonance signal S; a step for irradiating the quantum sensor element 1 with, as a second reference wave with the phase changing from that of the first reference wave, an electromagnetic wave in a second pulse sequence in which the timing of the first pulse sequence is shifted by t, and measuring a second magnetic resonance signal S; and a step for combining the first and second magnetic resonance signals S, S using one as a real part and the other one as an imaginary part, and performing complex Fourier transform FFT on the combined signal.

Embodiments of array are implemented as an array of radiating element configurations, each having a microstrip radiating element (e.g., a square patch) coupled to a first side of the planar substrate, amplifiers coupled to a second side of the planar substrate, and filters (e.g., diplexers) coupled between the radiating elements and amplifiers. A thermal conduction layer (e.g., a graphoil or vapor chamber layer) is thermally coupled with the second side of the planar substrate, and a thermal radiation layer (e.g., an optical solar reflector) is thermally coupled with the thermal conduction layer.

A machine learning model may be trained to output recommended medical imaging device operating parameter settings. Available operating parameters of a medical imaging device may be determined, and patient data may be received. The patient data and the available operating parameters may be used as input to the trained machine learning model, which might output recommended operating parameter settings. In turn, this output in addition to other calculations might be used to transmit, to the medical imaging device, data that causes modification of the operating parameters of the medical imaging device. Metadata corresponding to one or more images captured by the medical imaging device may be received, and the trained machine learning model might be further trained based on that metadata.
