An example technique may include receiving a planning image of a patient, and performing a determination based on the planning image, using a first model, whether to proceed with an adaptive workflow path or an image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) path for radiation treatment of the patient. In response to determining to proceed with the adaptive workflow path, the example technique may include automatically generating a contour of the image, and performing a determination based on the contour, using a second model, whether to proceed with the adaptive workflow path or the IGRT path for the radiation treatment of the patient. An indication of the determination may be output based on the contour.

    Compositions and methods relating to DNase fusion polypeptides are disclosed. The fusion polypeptides include a biologically active DNase joined to the amino-terminus of an immunoglobulin Fc region via a flexible polypeptide linker (e.g., a linker containing at least 26 amino acid residues). Typically, the DNase is a hyperactive and/or actin-resistant DNase1 variant (e.g., a variant of human DNase1 having one or more amino acid substitutions selected from substitutions at Asp-53, Tyr-65, Glu-69, Arg-74, Gly-105, and Ala-114 according to amino acid position numbering of mature wild-type human DNase1) or a DNase1L3 variant (e.g., a variant of human DNase1L3 in which the native nuclear localization signals are removed). In some embodiments, the fusion polypeptide includes a polypeptide segment located carboxyl-terminal to the Fc region and which may be, e.g., a biologically active paraoxonase. Also disclosed are dimeric proteins comprising first and second DNase fusion polypeptides as disclosed herein. The fusion polypeptides and dimeric proteins are useful in methods for therapy, including methods for treating diseases and disorders characterized by NETosis.

    A method for increasing a detection distance of a surface of an object illuminated by near-IR electromagnetic radiation, including: (a) directing near-IR electromagnetic radiation from a near-IR electromagnetic radiation source towards an object at least partially coated with a near-IR reflective coating that increases a near-IR electromagnetic radiation detection distance by at least 15% as measured at a wavelength in a near-IR range as compared to the same object coated with a color matched coating which absorbs more of the same near-IR radiation, where the color matched coating has a ΔE color matched value of 1.5 or less when compared to the near-IR reflective coating; and (b) detecting reflected near-IR electromagnetic radiation reflected from the near-IR reflective coating. A system for detecting proximity of vehicles is also disclosed.
