    An object of the present invention is to provide a composite oxide particle material formed of zinc molybdate having a high purity and a high circularity. The composite oxide particle material is formed of a composite oxide, of molybdenum and zinc, having an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or more and 5.0 μm or less, a BET specific surface area of 1 m2/g or more and 20 m2/g or less, (peak intensity at 26.6° according to XRD)/(peak intensity at 24.2°) of 1.20 or more, an impurity concentration of 1 mass % or less, and a circularity of 0.90 or more. XRD is measured with CuKα radiation.

    Embodiments disclosed herein show a novel helical meandered antenna, wherein some embodiments feature tunability through the application of DC voltage to switch and connect multiple antenna arms. The design, successfully fabricated and tested for wireless applications, exhibits a compact size and omnidirectional radiation pattern. The use of diodes as effective components for tunability is explored, allowing adjustments in the operating frequency of the helix. Extensive simulations and measurements were conducted on over 15 different antenna designs, showing consistent results. The proposed helical antenna demonstrates a fine-tunable operation frequency change from 459 MHz to 338 MHz (over 30% change) with low voltage supplied DC from 0 V to 1.5 V.

    Present invention discloses a novel method for cervical cancer patients undergoing brachytherapy which combines a rectal retractor (RR) blade with radio-opaque vaginal packing (VP) to displace the rectum and bladder away from radiation sources in High-dose-rate (HDR) intracavity brachytherapy (ICB). While doing conventional brachytherapy with T&R applicators, the inventors deliberately placed radio-opaque vaginal packing (VP), posterior and cranial to the rectal retractor (RR) blade, to retract the rectum away from the radiation sources. The combination procedure Rectal retractor (RR) and Radio-opaque vaginal opaque (VP) is less time consuming and leads to significant reduction in dose to ICRU rectal points to 13.03% and reduction in rectal dose per fraction is 15% (p = 0.013).

    A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming a target layer over a substrate and forming a chemically amplified photoresist layer over the target layer. The method also includes removing portions of the metallic photoresist layer that were not exposed to the actinic radiation to form a patterned metallic photoresist layer, and flood exposing the patterned metallic photoresist layer and the chemically amplified photoresist layer to extreme ultraviolet (XUV) radiation. The method further includes removing portions of the chemically amplified photoresist layer not covered by the patterned metallic photoresist layer and the patterned metallic photoresist layer to form a patterned chemically amplified photoresist layer exposing portions of the target layer.
