Plurality of layers form a nuclear fission reactor structure, each layer having an inner segment body, an intermediate segment body, and an outer segment body (each segment body separated by an interface). The layers include a plurality of cladding arms having involute curve shapes that spirally radiate outward from a radially inner end to a radially outer end. Chambers in the involute curve shaped cladding arms contain fuel compositions (and/or other materials such as moderators and poisons). The design of the involute curve shaped cladding arms and the composition of the materials conform to neutronic and thermal management requirements for the nuclear fission reactor and are of sufficiently common design and/or have sufficiently few variations as to reduce manufacturing complexity and manufacturing variability.

A radiation image capture apparatus including a plurality of pixels which include a detection pixel configured to detect an irradiation amount and an exposure decision unit configured to decide an amount of radiation irradiated from a radiation generation apparatus. The exposure decision unit decides the amount of irradiated radiation based on an output of the detection pixel during radiation irradiation and a correction value that is an output of the detection pixel while the radiation irradiation is not performed. The exposure decision unit obtains the correction value after a read operation of a signal based on radiation during image capture is performed, and in the subsequent image capture, the amount of irradiated radiation is decided based on the output of the detection pixel during the radiation irradiation and the correction value.

Provided is a glutamic acid (Glu)-urea compound and a preparation method and use thereof. The Glu-urea compound and the nuclide-targeted probe have excellent in vivo biological properties and show a high specific uptake in lesions with high expression of a prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) protein. The compound and probe have a high target/non-target ratio, low non-specific background activity, and significantly-enhanced tumor uptake and retention time. The compound and probe are suitable for use in the nuclide therapy and imaging of tumors, and can also reduce unnecessary radiation damage to normal tissues and organs. The compound and probe can also overcome the shortcomings such as low target organ uptake and short retention time of small-molecule PSMA, and improve the effects of PSMA-targeted nuclide therapy and imaging, thus exhibiting a potential to be widely used in clinical applications.
