Regional Training Course on Organization and Implementation of a National Regulatory Programme for the Control of Radiation Sources is being held in International Nuclear Safety School of Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety (KINS), Daejeon, Korea, from 8th August to 2nd September, 2016. Under the framework of RAS 9073, IAEA, RCARO and KINS organized the training course focusing on building up the competence and expertise needed by national regulatory bodies in the region for the establishment and operation of an adequate regulatory programme for the safety and security of radiation sources. 16 participants from 8 countries are participating in the course.
